Nurse Practitioners

Chet is the owner/operator of the clinic. He is a board certified, Family Nurse Practitioner who has been in practice since 1999. He earned his undergraduate degree in Human Services from Mercer University in Macon, and then completed a Masters in Health Science in Health Services Administration from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah. He received his nursing and nurse practitioner training at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.

Prior to starting Express Care of Habersham in 2009, he practiced for 7 years at Habersham Primary Care in Demorest, then 3 years with Gastroenterology Associates of Gainesville. He is an adjunct instructor at Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing at Emory University, and serves on advisory committees at North Georgia Tech and Clarkesville First United Methodist Church.

 Tracy is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Piedmont College. After working in the ICU and Ronnie Green Heart Center, she went on to earn a Masters of Science in Nursing from The University of North Georgia. She is an adjunct instructor at Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing at Emory University, and is on the advisory board of Circle of  Hope.
