Chet is the owner/operator of the clinic. He is a board certified, Family Nurse Practitioner who has been in practice since 1999. He earned his undergraduate degree in Human Services from Mercer University in Macon, and then completed a Masters in Health Science in Health Services Administration from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah. He received his nursing and nurse practitioner training at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
Prior to starting Express Care of Habersham in 2009, he practiced for 7 years at Habersham Primary Care in Demorest, then 3 years with Gastroenterology Associates of Gainesville. He is an adjunct instructor at Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing at Emory University, and serves on advisory committees at North Georgia Tech and Clarkesville First United Methodist Church.
Natasha is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelors in Nursing from USC-Aiken and her Masters in Nursing from UNG in Dahlonega. She has several years experience working in urgent and emergency care. She completed some of her clinicals with us when she was at UNG in Dahlonega.
Dr. Garrett serves as medical director for the clinic. He DOES NOT see patients at Express Care and serves only in an administrative role.
